Our focus is on those who want to change their goals, learn how to interview for job readiness, or perhaps seeking a higher education by going back to school to further self knowledge. Introduction

Welcome to our advanced institutional learning institute, where educational learning and social development go hand in hand. Our tailored focus on caregiver skills of learning and the holistic intrinsic values mean that every caregiver, professional business agency, health care agency, governmental supports or other, we never get enough training on how to sharpen our tools of knowledge to grow us into a better me or what some would  describe as a private practitioner, real estate broker, sales team, marketing team, or other professionals who all benefit through transforming using models of change dynamics. This training and what you will learn here offers you an advantage, whether you are globally a trend-setter, entrepreneur, or opportunist, this training is meant for you-to all those who support you in growing your skills, you all belong here.  Within our support networking, our instructional learning agency will guide you through the processes to helping answer questions, or clarify what you may find challenging along your pathway of life experiences.  It is our goal to assist you in finding  your fit at the right time and right training site, becoming a happy journeyer  to a new training site used at your own time, anywhere or anytime.  We invite you to challenge your skill sets and take this journey with us-------

Section One Our Institute of Learning & Project Development:

Our On-Line secure virtual training models includes our state-of-the-art technology in all virtual or on-line classrooms, is adult age-appropriate areas for professional trainees, or professionals working as coaching learners post graduate high school graduates, or post college graduates.  Single adults, unmarried adults, or those who are seeking second careers, each one unique with specific career or college issues. Perhaps you are seeking jobs right for your trade, degree.  Or you are seniors who have found living without a spouse requires you to learn how to handle financials, downsize, or seek a second financial supplement career after being retired by re entering the work place..  Regardless of your issues,  mastering your own pathway to our coach practitioners who want to work with young adults changing careers, we are benefitting you through taking you through your loss, grief, and finding meaning again. All caregivers finding themselves in sudden changes at the loss of their spouse or partner, being left to care for disabled persons.  We can work with you as you commit to learn and train through the specific models we offer. 


Section Two: Section Two category model addresses specific learning how to become a caregiver to an ailing person, or preparing a new business venture, how to learn about internships or how a business person prepares skill sets while seeking a professional change knowing life options .  

Section Three: Section Three category models how job seekers prepare to write resumes, interview for or negotiate a wage or salary when reentering the workforce, or seeking your first job.  This model breaks down into the working class, specific with aged populations from 18-25, 25-35, 40-50, and 60-plus aged categories.  Entering any new professional practice is challenging enough, as competition is out there. Wanting to freshen up one's knowledge, to become a better communicator, how to greet a company VIP, or middle manager, or what skill sets are needed while working service line or product lines.  

Understanding union workers and how to reenter union jobs is a special skill set component. The final component of Section Three category addresses training on how to train coaches for opening a second parttime or fulltime job being a coach, to  all those who want to and can learn how to certify in coaching.  Whether in healthcare services learning how to care for elders or disabled persons is a worthy vocation to becoming caregivers, or becoming one with us as our coaches, all of us are moving through a new partnership with joining our training institute.

 Coming together or training one-on-one, just to develop one's own business project within upscale community neighborhoods, or developing a new project management identifies high level project managers. If selected by an upscale project manager as an upscale manager, or developing a new business, may mean working with city or county agencies. readying oneself progressing by moving from one practice location to another project, such as developing a newly assisted living environment, or taking their own nursing home facility to extend the add on or skilled services out into the community meets challenges. New changes moving into the upscale facility locations offers  the elders or recipients' home base to change, downsize or relocate when persons. 

 Moving to a new facility professionals enter as skilled managers. Linda offers skilled coaching and administrator licensed background experience with over 30 years of service management and supports.  Through coaching and training our experienced, skilled coaching support staff works together with each one who want coaching from the beginning to ending of the coursework as coming together to celebrate your accomplishments as a team member.
